Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain how clients may use the services supplied by PAAGC Digital Pvt Ltd. They form the agreement between the company and each client or organization that subscribes to a service.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY

TERMS and CONDITION for the WEBSITE DESIGNING or WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

1. Work begins with a detailed project brief describing the agreed scope. Both PAAGC Digital Pvt Ltd and the client sign the brief to reduce later misunderstandings. 2. A Photoshop website mock-up may be prepared during documentation at an additional charge. 3. Website design then takes about five working days. 4. A test version and review link are shared; the client checks the site and returns one consolidated set of requested changes within two days. 5. The team applies the agreed revisions, normally in two to four days depending on their number.

After the agreed design review is complete, additional design changes fall outside that review round and may require a separate estimate.

If included in the project, development follows the approved layout and takes about five days. The design and dashboard are made available on a test server for final dashboard changes and functionality checks. After revisions are complete and final payment has cleared, the website is published to the main server.

The six-month maintenance period starts on the date the website is published to the main server.

TERMS and CONDITION for the WEBSITE DESIGNING or WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT MAINTENANCE

PAAGC Digital Pvt Ltd provides a six-month maintenance period. Included work covers cosmetic adjustments, image, content or video updates, and functionality issues.

Once the included maintenance period ends, the client must pay the applicable maintenance fee to continue receiving these services. Additional pages, functionality changes or design work are outside the included maintenance and may incur an extra charge.

TERMS and CONDITION for the VIDEO EDITING

1. Video editing starts with agreement on the layout, music, content and images. 2. Editing begins after these materials are approved. 3. A draft video is shared on YouTube as unlisted so the client can review it and request final changes. 4. The team applies the received changes. 5. The HD video is delivered after all payments are complete.

Video projects do not include a maintenance period. Once the layout is approved, additional animation or content requests are outside the agreed scope.

TERMS and CONDITION for the Digital Marketing Services

1. The selected package determines the prerequisite document. 2. Accounts or profile names are created after the client approves the proposed names. 3. The full monthly fee is due before work begins. 4. Marketing activities follow the agreed package. 5. Reports are sent to the official email address supplied by the client. 6. Planned images and copy are shared two days before publication for approval or edits. If approval does not arrive in time, a post may be reused or publication for that day may be skipped.

A one-month package begins on the date the prerequisite document is signed. PPC packages and services require full payment in the company account in advance.
