The Terms and Conditions governs the use of the services that are made available by PAAGC Digital Pvt Ltd. These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between PAAGC Digital Pvt Ltd. and the client or entity who subscribes to our service .
1. The Project initiates with the Documentation. The Document will consist of the word detailed layout of the Project. Once the Document is Approved, It is important for the both the parties i..e, PAAGC Digital Pvt Ltd and the client to sign the Document. (This is done to avoid confusion or any miscommunication at the later stage)
2. Once, the Documentation is done, the website layout can also be designed using Photoshop, but, this is extra charged.
3. After this the Website designing phase starts, which takes about 5 working days.
4.The website is live in test server and the link is provided to the client for Modification.The client is ideally supposed to check the website thoroughly and revert us back with one final set of modifications in 2 days time.
5.The modifications are then done, which takes 2- 4 days depending on the list.
Note: After this No more Modifications from the client will be considered for the Purpose of Designing
1. Development Process will commence (if applicable). It will be also done according to the Layout approved. It will take 5 days time approx.
2. The Design as well as the dashboard will be live in test server, fo the client to send final modification of Dashboard and functionality testing.
3. Once the modifications are done then, after the final payment is released. The Website will be live in the Main Server.
Note: The website is live on the main server, from that particular day 6 Months maintenance count will commence.
PAAGC Digital Pvt Ltd will offer only 6 months of Maintenance period.
During this period, the following modification will be entertained:
1. Cosmetic change
2. Images/ Content/ Video updation
3. Functionality issues
1. Note after the maintenance period is over, the client is supposed to pay the maintenance charge to avail the above services.
2. No extra pages, or Functionality or design will be changed during the maintenance period. If required by the client then it will be extra charged.
1. The project of Video editing will start from layout design, selection of background music, content and images.
2. After The layout , background music, content and images are approved by the client, then, the Editing Phase will initiate.
3. The video editing is done, then the video will be live in youtube under unlisted type, for the client to look thoroughly and give final modifications.
4. After Receiving all the Modifications from the client side, then the Video will be finally edited.
5. Once the all the payment is clear, the HD Quality video will be delivered.
1. No maintenance period is given for a video project.
2. Once the Layout is ready no additional animations, or content can be demanded.
1. Depending upon the Packages selected, a Prerequisite document will be formed.
2. Then the Id creation process will commence. The ID name shall be taken prior approval from the client.
3. After this client shall clear the full payment for the month,
4. The Digital marketing activities will happen according to the package decided.
5. Reports will be generated and mailed to the client on the official mail id provided.
6. The images as well as the content to be posted the next day will be send to the client two days prior, for clients approval or modifications. If we are unable to receive the Approval for the client for the image or content, then either the same Image or content will posted or no images or content will be posted for that day.
1.One month package will commence from the day when we sign up the Prerequisite Document
2. For any PPC packages or services, prior full amount has to be credited in the Company’s Account.
